Intensive workshops in Greece
Intensive workshops on the Michael Chekhov and Meisner methods
on Aegina Island in Greece
Courses will be provided in English simultaneously translated into French
The price for a 3-week internship is 1200 euros (possibility of payment in installments)
(Accommodation, plane tickets and food are not included in the training price).
As an indication, you can find going and coming flights from England or Belgium between 200 and 400 euros depending on the dates.
We found accommodation to offer to our trainees, with more or less economical solutions depending on the comfort / room sharing or not. The sea is only 5 minutes from these accommodations.
Here they are :
Rental of a 2-room apartment for the entire course (possibility of arriving and leaving 2-3 days before or after the course)
This accommodation can be shared comfortably to 4, which reduces the cost to 200 euros per person + water and electricity.
It has a kitchen, fridge, air conditioning (management does not provide sheets and towels, which are to be brought from home or to buy in Greece).
Individual studio for one person (with air conditioning and swimming pool): 35 euros / night
Studio for 2 people (with air conditioning and swimming pool): 40 euros / night
Luxurious studio for 1 or 2 people (with air conditioning and swimming pool): 78 euros / night
Food wise, in Greece we find hearty and very nice bakery snacks or Greek sandwiches for 1.5 to 2.5 euros. The dishes in the restaurants vary between 7 and 12 euros (without drink).
Some units have a kitchen area. Therefore, for food you can count from 7 to 30 euros / day.
The nearest airport is "Athens El. Venizelos".
From there it takes around 2 hours to arrive at the port of Piraeus, where you can take a dolphin (faster and more frequent boats) or a ferry (more comfortable) to Aegina.
Here is a link with all the details of the trip to Aegina: https://vivreathenes.com/egine-en-pratique.html
And a more detailed link but in English: https://www.aeginagreece.com/aegina-island/how-to-get-to-aegina-island/
The last "dolphin" leaves the port of Piraeus around 19:00 in July and August.
If you manage to get your tickets and arrive in Athens around 4 or 5 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, you should be able to have a boat to Aegina on the same day.
Otherwise, you can find some great deals from airbnb to stay overnight in Athens.
Here is a link to book your tickets in advance (for dolphins and ferries). But not all boats will be announced until 2-3 months before August ( http://www.openseas.gr/ )
