Michael Chekhov on the BEACH
Intensive workshops on the Michael Chekhov Method led by Sarah Kane
on Aegina Island in Greece
It will focus on the use of tools known as the Michael Chekhov method and their application to the stage.
The course will explore all the tools necessary to activate the creative imagination of the actor and to sensitize his body, thus allowing an organic, inspired and spontaneous play.
At the end of the internship, the actors will have a real understanding of this method so effective and will know how to apply it in their work as actors.
Born in London, Sarah Kane practices and teaches both Michael Chekhov's approach to acting and the vocal techniques developed by Rudolf Steiner and taught in the training of Michael Chekhov's actors at Dartington Hall, UK -United.
She has worked as a teacher of professional actors, director and performer both abroad and in her homeland UK for 30 years.
30h / week, 90 hours of training in total.
